Shipping

We do offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48). If you select to, we do allow you to come pick the vehicle up in person, however, we will not provide any transportation/lodging during your travels. You will be responsible for everything while transporting the vehicle yourself if you opt to pick it up. 

For alternative placement winners, we will ship your item(s) out and provide tracking as soon as they become available to us. You will be notified via your contact method you listed during checkout. If we cannot get ahold of you, your items will still be on the way to you. If you have not heard anything from us within 5 business days, please contact us for an update. If you receive a free entry to the next webinar, we will reach out to you with a custom discount code that can be applied during our next Webinar session. 

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on Webinar products, however, these are highly modified machines and we understand things happen. Each vehicle is gone through mechanically and personally test driven by us before it ships out. If for some reason there is a major failure at the time of arrival that was not previously mentioned, please contact us directly and we can discuss any further remedies. Major failues include, but are not limited to, blown engine, blown trans, broken axles, missing components, ect. Things such as, but not limited to, fluid leaks, increased NVH, non-working accessories, minor cosmetic damage, or tire wear will not constitue any remedy. These are working vehicles that are built and used for their intended purpose, not SEMA show vehicles.
